How lazy should a puppy be?

We just adopted a puppy at our house she is about 5 months and is a shepard/lab/collie mix. Im pretty sure she came from a rougher start as she came from a neglectful environment. She was free to a good home and has been to the vets and had her 1st shot and the vet said she was healthy and clean no parasites or anything. The thing is she seems to be lazy to me. I have never had a puppy all our dogs we always adopted at 1 - 1.5 yrs of age so this puppy stage is new to me. She likes to play and runs free in the yard with our adult dog but she doesn't really do much else I mean no destroying things, no crazy chewing or constant getting in trouble for normal puppy things. Its kinda like she is a 3 - 4 yr old dog that is already accustomed to house rules and is just going with the daily flow. Are puppies normally this easy or did I luck out? She has been with us for 3.5 weeks now.
