Should i stay here in Florida or go back home? DYFS wants to take me away from my mom in NJ?

you are in a pickle...on one hand you are a minor and therefore according to law are going to be in someones care, either your parents or the state. on the other hand, you do not want to be a ward of the state and since your mom is not interested in being with you, you can "runaway" and hide..like at your aunts house which would send up red flags at the school who would issue truancy papers and you would have the law looking for you. I would stay below radar at your aunts house...anything is better than being in the care of dyfs.
