Would you read this novel(idea for my book)?

Well the whole dead parent and the other one being alcoholic and the girl being to young to do anything is pretty cliche. So is the whole boarding school thing with powers. You're just adding two cliche ideas together which I wouldn't suggest. Try to come up with something original, but if you still want to do your idea you need to make it your own!
