Decision about 50/50 arrangement .?

If the childs father won't honor the court order to pay his half of your sons care then what makes you think if you hand over custody he'll suddenly do what's needed or in the best interest of the boy? You can only control what you do and how you act. You have an obligation to set the example for your son and to do what's best for him. You can't force the father to co-parent but you can always be the bigger person and do what's right. Your son will someday know and appreciate what you have done for him and sacrificed to try to give him the best you could. Stay strong and take comfort in knowing you are doing the best by your son!
