Restaurant neglectful toward child with food allergies?

An apology is not going to make your daughter well nor prevent this from happening to her again in the future. As a parent who wants to protect her child, it should not be hard to find out from your doctor or through personal research what common menu items and/or foods you can order for your daugher safely and without fear. This will be helpful to your daughter in the future when she is older and orders her own meals without your supervision. Better yet, but certainly more difficult, only let her consume food that you prepare yourself. I have a dog with allergies, and I do not feed her any food, snacks or restaurant leftoevers except from a short list the vet approved.
