Welfare and school? help please?

hi im a 25 year old mom who works full time and rents her own place and i was wondering does anyone knows how welfare can help me if i decide to go to school. while im making more than enough money now i feel like my employer is taking me away from my family and he does not care wether i work over time saturdays or even holidays. when my children gets sick i struggle to find someone to pick them up from school because he says i have no choice whie the girls i work with are really nice they get away with alot and i have to cover it all up and even babysttter is an issue for mefor my kids because she fails to pick them up on time. the school says im being a neglectful mother but if i leave my job i will have nothing to help me take care of them. i am drained emotionally and physically i cant think no more. how can welfare help me with going to school full time and my rent does anyone knows because i need a different career and more time with my children. and please do not give me a stupid sarcastic answer. thanks
