Why did she run away?

15-year-old daughter ran away a week ago. Have had no sight of her. Tried her cell. Nothing. I have called all her friends, all our relatives. She appears to be gone. She has had many issues. She still wears diapers for medical reasons so the teasing and bullying has been horrendous and of course the school system being full of cowards and jerks has done absolutely nothing. The rat bastards. Great job, public school system: rewarding the bullies for decades. She also has a neglectful Mother that hasn't attempted at all to stay in touch. That is my fault: I have a tendency to attract the worsdt women. So I feel guilty. I didn't fight as hard as I should have for her at the school My other daughter who is 9 misses her like crazy and has been crying non-stop. Her Mother doesn't give a ****. I'm completely... I don't even know. I love this girl and I want to see her right now, but I have no idea what has happened.
